Hopefully you already know, or are starting to identify what kind of work you are passionate about? If so, then now is the time to ask yourself why your passion is your passion. Many people want or need more from their work than the monetary paycheck that they get on payday. Lots of folks want to feel valued, or necessary, or simply energized by the work that they do. So what is it about what you do, or want to be doing, that makes it so powerful for you? What is the feeling that you get when you are doing what you feel you are meant to be doing? Are there multiple places in your life where those feelings exist? Answering these questions for yourself can help you get one step closer to where you want to be.
