Lots of people say, "I want to be passionate about my work, but how do I find my passion?".
There is no one right answer but there are some strategies that many people have used, and found successful.
Often, motivational speakers ask the question, "what would you do for free"? That's a great question, but there is an even simpler one.
What do you already do for free?!
Think about it. What do people always seek you out for or ask your opinion about? Think about the job that you currently have and about all of the things that aren't technically "in your job description" that you do anyway, without hesitation.
If you haven't already found passion in your work life, challenge yourself to take a look at your life and see what you find.
